• Orders ship within 1 business day.• Custom framed displays may require an additional 1–2 days for final inspection and packaging.You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of custom presentation:

• Returns are only accepted for shipping damage or incorrect items.

📸 Damaged Shipments

By purchasing from RTC, you agree to our Return Policy, which states:• All sales are final• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery• Photos are required for damage claimsRTC reserves the right to approve or deny return requests based on policy criteria.
You will receive your refund within 14 working days after we have received your return. We will refund your money using the same payment method you originally paid the order with.
